Located in Symonds Yat in the beautiful Wye Valley, the cottages overlook the river Wye and are surrounded by the beautiful natural countryside that make this area a designated AONB. Uniquely positioned on the borders of three counties - Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire - the cottages are also on the edge of the glorious Forest of Dean.
The cottages are separated from the river by a garden and a small field. Each cottage has been individually decorated and designed to be warm and cosy in the cooler months and cool and light during the summer season. There is ample parking, lockable bike storage, BBQ facilities, outdoor tables, seating and umbrellas all placed in a well-tended shared garden.
Paddocks Cottages are available for bookings all through the year making the perfect holiday location for guests who enjoy walking, cycling, canoeing, bird watching, wildlife as well as relaxing in this picturesque and tranquil Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Dog friendly accommodation
Guests are very welcome to bring one very well-behaved dog who must be recall trained.. We are unable to accept more than one dog per cottage.

"The Wye Valley is a beautiful place to stay. You can park the car safely and walk to all of the local amenities. Easy car access to Ross, Monmouth, Hereford and Forest of Dean if required (and there's loads to see and do for all ages). The accommodation is spacious, clean, well equipped, (fabulous huge fluffy towels). Dog-friendly. A well maintained garden. An abundance of wildlife on the doorstep (birds, badgers, deer and rabbits). The proprietors were unobtrusive, helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. This was our fourth stay and we will definitely return."
